What is a prop firm challenge?+
A prop firm challenge is an evaluation where you trade a funded demo account and prove your skill. If you hit the profit target without breaking the drawdown rule across two phases, you earn a real funded account — meaning you trade our capital and keep 80% of your profits.
Is the challenge fee refundable?+
Challenge fees are non-refundable. The fee covers the cost of your MT5 demo account, risk management infrastructure, and evaluation setup. However, if you pass and become a funded trader, your profits will far exceed the initial fee.
How do I receive my MT5 account credentials?+
Once your payment is confirmed, your MT5 login, password, and server details will be assigned and delivered to your registered email within 24 hours. You can also view them anytime in your ForexAfrica dashboard.
What trading instruments can I trade?+
You can trade all major and minor forex pairs available on the MT5 platform provided. The no-scalping rule applies — all trades must remain open for at least 5 minutes. There are no restrictions on trading sessions or news events.
Is there a time limit to complete the challenge?+
There is no strict time limit to complete Phase 1 or Phase 2. Take as much time as you need to reach the 10% profit target. We believe in quality trading, not rushing — consistency is what we reward.
How and when are payouts processed?+
Once your funded account is in profit, you can request a payout at any time — no need to wait for end of month. We review and process within 3–5 business days. Payouts are sent directly to your mobile money wallet or local bank account in your local currency — GHS or NGN.
What happens if I breach a rule during the challenge?+
If you breach the 20% max drawdown rule or the no-scalping rule, your challenge account is closed. You will need to purchase a new challenge to start again. There are no second chances on rule breaches — this protects the integrity of the evaluation for all traders.
